Salmon Croquettes


  • 1 can salmon (14-15 oz.)
  • 1 egg
  • 1small onion (chopped fine)
  • ½ tsp. crushed red pepper (if desired)
  • ½ C crushed saltines
  • 1 Tbsp. Herbaceous Acres Seafood Rub
  • 2 Tbsp. salmon juice (from can)
  • 3 tsp. baking powder

Combine salmon juice and baking soda before mixing with other ingredients; form into patties and fry in the cooking oil of your choice until golden brown. Drain excess oil from patties and serve.

Roast Turkey Breast


  • 1 medium to large turkey breast
  • 1 large lemon
  • 1 medium onion (white or yellow - peeled)
  • Herbaceous Acres Poultry Rub ™

Clean turkey breast, pat dry.  Massage turkey breast with extra virgin olive oil (EVOO).  Cut onion and lemon in half and place in cavity of turkey breast.  Add salt and pepper to taste (inside and out).  Massage Herbaceous Acres Dry Poultry Rub™ all over the breast surface and bake according to the turkey breast's baking chart.  Once done, tent with foil for 15 minutes.Let meat cool.  Then slice and enjoy!
